Most lecturers are passionate about what they know and are helpful when they assist you, but not to the point of doing the work for you. Some lecturers are difficult to understand with some of them appearing not to be able to lecture. Some of these types are able to explain concepts one on one, and are helpful in other aspects. Lecturers are usually encouraging students to keep up with their studies, and informing students of events happening.
Some of the other employees have an attitudinal problem whereby they ignore you or are not as attentive as they should be, even with some lectures. This is a frequent occurrence at the administration offices and some of the other offices. Phone calls made to the main administration office are usually unanswered, but they are helpful when the calls are answered.
