It is an exceptional platform for rapid career progression and developing leadership skills. Managers will also graduate with the Chartered Management Institute’s Strategic Diploma in Management and Leadership, and will gain free membership to the Institute of Directors.

The core modules within the programme bring together senior professionals from all our MBA programmes in a shared learning experience. You will mix with managers from the UK and Europe who occupy senior management positions in a wide range of organisations from small businesses through to internationally recognised firms, covering both the public and private sector.

This ensures that you will be exposed to and learn from a group of peers with a wealth of varying experience which will enhance your learning and your career development potential.

We have been producing high-quality MBA graduates for over 25 years. By studying with us you will develop a broad understanding of the concepts, techniques and functions of business, enabling you to contribute to the strategic direction of organisations.

Professional Accreditation

The Brighton MBA is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). All graduates gain dual awards – both an MBA and a CMI Strategic Diploma in Management and Leadership.

You will also benefit from free membership of the Institute of Directors (IoD). Together, these awards make a powerful statement about your standards and determination to continue to develop your management skills.

Membership of these bodies also provides you access to their online resources and regular networking opportunities with other members of these professional bodies.

Our partnership with professional associations helps to keep the Brighton MBA relevant to the needs of today’s business practitioners.

International Perspectives

Today’s businesses and organisations benefit from the ability to function in a global economy.

The emphasis of the Brighton MBA is on an international experience which is emphasised throughout the curriculum and by the tutor led international study visits which provide an opportunity to experience real live cases and meet managers while carrying out a consultancy project for their organisations.

The structure of the programme means that full-time students will join with other students studying part-time, giving you an intensive learning experience, enabling you to engage with UK and international managers also undertaking the Brighton MBA.

Flexible Study Options

Our MBA is available to study as full-time or part-time.

The part-time programme format is designed to help you balance your demanding career and commitments with intensive study and professional, as well as personal development.

If you want a more flexible approach you can also sign up for one module at a time and build your qualification as you go, exiting with a Postgraduate Certificate in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management or an MBA.

Students can also choose the order in which they can study their modules – to benefit their organisation’s specific needs. When studying for the full-time MBA you can also tailor your degree through your choice of option modules such as such as gamification and entrepreneurship, to help tailor your course to your individual career aspirations and interests.
