ADMISSIONS

Admission standards for the MBA program reflect the high academic quality that is required for a student to be successful in the program. Acceptance is based on a variety of factors which can include undergraduate academic performance, professional experience, personal statement and faculty recommendation or professional reference. The GMAT may be required.

Generally, current Siena College undergraduate students may apply to the program upon completion of their junior year. Accepted students have the opportunity to get a jumpstart on their MBA by enrolling in up to four graduate courses in the semester before they complete their undergraduate degree.

Professionals looking to advance their careers with an MBA degree are encouraged to apply. Admission is conducted on a rolling basis. Classes are held in the fall, spring and summer semesters.

COURSE EQUIVALENCY AND NON-AACSB ACCREDITED COLLEGES

Graduates from AACSB undergraduate programs may have some core coursework waived. MBA course waivers will be determined on a case by case basis. If the applicant completed their undergraduate degree eight or more years before applying, the program director will evaluate previous coursework and work experience to determine program requirements and waivers. Non-AACSB accredited business school students and non-business majors are welcome to apply.
