San Diego State University (SDSU) Fowler College of Business offers a variety of MBA programs to meet the needs of different students. They have a full-time MBA program, a part-time evening MBA program, and a dual MBA/Master of Public Health program.
The full-time MBA program can be completed in as little as 17 months and is designed for students with little or no work experience. Students in this program are required to take a set of core courses that cover topics such as accounting, finance, marketing, and operations management, among others. In addition to the core courses, students can choose from a variety of elective courses to tailor their MBA experience to their specific interests and career goals.
The part-time evening MBA program is designed for working professionals who want to earn an MBA while continuing to work. This program can be completed in as little as two years, and classes are held in the evenings to accommodate students’ work schedules. Students in this program take the same core courses as those in the full-time MBA program and can choose from a range of elective courses.
The dual MBA/Master of Public Health program is designed for students who want to combine their business knowledge with an understanding of public health issues. Students in this program take courses in both the Fowler College of Business and the Graduate School of Public Health, and can complete the program in as little as three years. The program is aimed at students who want to work in healthcare management or public health organizations.
