Kyoto University is a public research university located in Kyoto, Japan. Established in 1897 as Kyoto Imperial University, it is the second oldest Japanese university, and one of the highest-ranked universities in Japan and Asia. Kyoto University has multiple faculties and graduate schools, including the Graduate School of Management (GSM).

The GSM offers an MBA program designed to develop students’ abilities to analyze and solve management problems. The program is offered in English and is designed for students who are interested in a career in management, particularly in Asia. The curriculum covers a broad range of business topics, including finance, accounting, marketing, operations, and strategy, and emphasizes analytical and problem-solving skills.

The program is a two-year, full-time program, and the first year of the program focuses on building a strong foundation in core business concepts. In the second year, students can choose from a variety of electives to focus on their specific interests. The program also includes opportunities for experiential learning, such as company visits, internships, and study tours.
