International University of Japan Business School

The International University of Japan (IUJ) is a graduate school located in the city of Minamiuonuma in Japan’s Niigata Prefecture. IUJ Business School offers a full-time MBA program that is taught entirely in English. The program is designed for students who wish to pursue careers in international business or who wish to advance their current careers by gaining a global perspective.

The MBA program at IUJ Business School is a two-year program that emphasizes analytical thinking and decision-making, leadership and cross-cultural communication skills. It is structured into two stages: the Foundation Stage, which provides a strong business foundation, and the Integration Stage, which allows students to integrate and apply their learning to real-world business situations.

In the first year, students take core courses such as managerial accounting, economics, finance, marketing, and organizational behavior. In the second year, students can choose to specialize in one of five concentrations: Accounting and Finance, Marketing, General Management, E-Business, or Operations and Service Management. Students also have the option of taking a three-month internship in a Japanese or international company.
