This takes place over two face-to-face periods on campus and three core virtual periods. The course kicks off with the first immersive on-campus period, and the second wraps it up.

The online sessions consist of three modules over three terms. Combining real-time virtual conferences and asynchronous forums, you will engage in group discussions in a dynamic educational environment of diverse, international professionals.

ENRICHMENT
To complement our core academic offering, there are several enrichment initiatives that take place throughout the program. The Leadership in Action Summits are intense face-to-face leadership training periods that take place during the residential weeks in Madrid. Throughout the entire program you will cruise through a 3-step career transformation program and then participate in active career coaching.

The Global Immersion week is an optional face-to-face week offered in different cities around the world. Global MBA students travel to a select city to meet other blended MBA cohorts and acquire working knowledge of local business practices through lectures & panels from world-class professionals as well as analyze success cases through direct interaction with managers.

GETTING STARTED
Before the program, we’ll prepare you to hit the ground running as soon as you arrive on campus. After creating your user account and profile, you’ll be able to mix and mingle with the other global executives in our virtual cafe. While you’re there, you can take the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the rest of the virtual platform. Find out more about the program or take part in the Financial Accounting refresher course with the rest of your group. You will even have the chance to attend your first case-method session and get to grips with the video conference software and online forums. Your program director will also be on hand to help ease any doubts or answer any questions you might have.
